Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted HR advisor to leadership, influencing workforce strategies to meet business objectives
  • Partner with leaders on talent planning, performance management, succession planning, capability development, and organizational effectiveness
  • Assess workforce readiness and cultural impact of major initiatives; identify risks and mitigation strategies
  • Translate data and emerging trends into business impact
  • Offer insights & actionable recommendations to enhance leadership capabilities & team performance
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the business environment to proactively address challenges & opportunities within Raytheon and Enterprise Services
  • Collaborate with HR Center of Expertise (CoEs), HR peers, and business leaders to support enterprise-wide transformation and change initiatives across the function including communications, training, and capability-building
  • Drive adoption of new operating models, workforce strategies, and ways of working to align with enterprise objectives and transformation roadmaps
  • Deliver executive-ready reports, presentations, and recommendations
  • Travel up to 20% domestically

Qualifications

You Must Have

  • Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field and minimum 8 years experience
  • Experience leading enterprise HR, workforce, or transformation initiatives
  • Experience in project and change management
  • Experience translating complex data and insights into executive-ready materials across functional teams
  • Experience in an HR partner role

We Prefer

  • Proven ability to deliver people strategies that enhance workforce capability, engagement, and leadership effectiveness
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using HR data to drive decision-making and strategic recommendations
  • Previous experience supporting remote, and geographically dispersed teams, including international

Pay

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD – 251,600 USD. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
