The Senior HR Business Partner at UHS is tasked with ensuring alignment between the business operations and HR practices. Requirements

• Minimum required: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field, Ten or more years related experience
• PREFERRED: Master’s Degree in Human Resources or related, 3+ plus years’ experience in healthcare, SHRM or SPHR certification

Pay

• $49.24 - $73.86 per hour, depending on experience
