About the role

The Senior Human Resources Business Partner will play a pivotal role in supporting the strategic initiatives of the organization, focusing on enhancing employee engagement, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Supports the leadership team in developing and implementing human resources strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Facilitates performance management processes and provides coaching and feedback to employees.
  • Develops and implements training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to address employee relations issues and improve workplace culture.
  • Monitors compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in human resources, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Schedule
