About the role
The Senior Human Resources Business Partner will play a pivotal role in supporting the strategic initiatives of the organization, focusing on enhancing employee engagement, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Supports the leadership team in developing and implementing human resources strategies that align with business objectives.
- Facilitates performance management processes and provides coaching and feedback to employees.
- Develops and implements training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to address employee relations issues and improve workplace culture.
- Monitors compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in human resources, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience with HRIS systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
