Senior, HRIS Peoplesoft Business Analyst | Business Applications

About the role

Enjoy the flexibility of a fully remote role while supporting enterprise HR technology and PeopleSoft solutions. Must reside in an authorized state (FL, GA, MO, PA, SC, NC, TN, or TX). This is a full-time (1.0 FTE) position.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for improving ERP system efficiency and performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate detailed business requirements.
• Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams to ensure clear communication and project alignment.
• Validate ERP system configurations and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Monitor ERP system performance and recommend enhancements to optimize functionality.
• Provide training and support to end users to ensure effective system adoption.
• Prepare and present comprehensive reports to management on project status, system performance, and potential risks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of five (5) years of relevant work experience supporting PeopleSoft HR, Financial, and Supply Chain applications.
• 5+ years of experience enhancing ERP system functionality and improving operational efficiency.
• Proven ability to gather and analyze complex business requirements and facilitate effective communication between business and technical teams.
• Expertise in ERP system validation, user acceptance testing (UAT), and performance monitoring.
• Experience delivering end-user training and preparing detailed reports for management.
• Strong project management, problem-solving, and risk assessment skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with PeopleSoft applications, including system configuration, support, troubleshooting, and end-user assistance.
• Experience with healthcare systems.
