Senior HRIS Analyst - SuccessFactors (Limited Duration)
About the Role
PSE's HR Operations team is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst for a limited-duration assignment supporting the HRIS team during the implementation of S/4 HANA. This project is anticipated to last up to three years. The position focuses on SAP SuccessFactors, particularly Employee Central, Recruiting, and Onboarding modules. Upon project conclusion, the position will end, though you may apply for other opportunities within the company.

Responsibilities
- System Configuration: Configure and maintain SuccessFactors Employee Central (primary), Recruiting, and Onboarding modules based on HR policies, workflows, and role-based permissions.
- System Support & Problem Resolution: Assist with administration, configuration, testing, role security, education, and troubleshooting for SuccessFactors modules.
- Process & System Analysis: Analyze HR business and system processes, recommending improvements to meet business needs.
- Data Integrity: Ensure data standards through automation, preventative controls, data audits, and corrections.
- Reporting: Support analysts in defining business needs for reports and dashboards for leaders.
- HR Technology Roadmap: Assist with sustainment planning for HR technology, including release upgrades and consulting with businesses to meet current and future needs.
- Coaching: Provide coaching and training to HRIS Analysts, training coordinators, and other system users.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HRIS, Business Administration, Computer Systems, Information Technology, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- 5 years of related work experience.
- HRIS experience supporting a variety of HR applications, with strong analytical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of HR standards of practice, data report writing, customer service, and business consulting skills.
Qualifications
- Deep functional knowledge in SAP SuccessFactors modules: Onboarding (medium), Recruiting (medium), Employee Central (high).
- Experience with SuccessFactors to SAP ECC replication process (highly desired).
- Experience with cloud application release system management, testing, planning, and communication.
- Ability to identify system issues, troubleshoot, resolve root causes, and prevent recurrence.
- Exceptional attention to detail; experience developing and maintaining process documentation, job aids, and reference materials.
- Experience leading teams or projects using standard tools to organize, assign, and track work.
- Experience planning and project-managing system changes, enhancements, and improvements, ideally using Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Ability to independently prioritize assignments based on urgency and communicate timelines effectively.
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex documents.
- Understanding or experience in multiple HR disciplines, including benefits and payroll.
- Experience collaborating with all levels of management and colleagues in IT and Compliance.

Pay
The pay range for this position is $82,000.00 - $136,300.00, with eligibility for annual goal-based incentive bonuses.
Schedule
This is a limited-duration assignment anticipated to last up to three years.
