We are currently seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst for our Human Resources team in one of the following office locations: Menlo Park, CA ; Natick, MA; and Denver, CO.

Responsibilities
- Owning and optimizing HR technology platforms, including UKG and iCIMS
- Serving as system expert and primary point of contact for configuration, reporting, integrations, and ongoing enhancements
- Ensuring system integrity, performance, and alignment with HR, recruiting, and business needs
- Partnering with HR, Payroll, IT, and business leaders to assess needs and define requirements
- Designing and implementing solutions that improve efficiency, accuracy, and user experience
- Driving reporting, analytics, and insights: Building and maintaining dashboards and reporting solutions (Power BI or similar tools)
- Delivering clear, actionable insights to inform workforce and business decisions
- Leveraging technology and AI to improve outcomes: Identifying opportunities to apply automation, AI tools, or advanced analytics to streamline processes and enhance insights
- Leading projects and continuous improvement: Managing HRIS-related initiatives (system enhancements, integrations, reporting improvements) end-to-end
- Identifying opportunities to streamline processes and reduce manual effort
- Strengthening stakeholder partnerships: Acting as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, balancing competing priorities
- Communicating technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences
- Supporting and enabling users: Troubleshooting issues, performing root cause analysis, and implementing sustainable fixes
- Providing training, guidance, and documentation to improve adoption and consistency
Qualifications
- Experience 5+ years of HRIS experience, ideally in an analyst or senior analyst role
- Hands-on experience with UKG / UltiPro / UKG Pro (strongly preferred)
- Experience with iCIMS or another talent acquisition system preferred
- Experience supporting HR processes such as recruiting, onboarding, payroll, timekeeping, or performance management
- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong problem-solving skills with a practical, solution-oriented approach
- Proven ability to assess needs and translate them into effective system solutions
- Experience managing projects and coordinating across multiple stakeholders
- Strong data and reporting skills, including experience with Power BI or similar tools
- Ways of Working Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities
- Collaborative and proactive in building relationships across teams
- Clear, confident communicator—able to simplify complex topics
- Comfort with emerging technologies, including AI-enabled tools, and using them to improve efficiency and insights
- Experience with HRIS implementations or major system enhancements
- Familiarity with integrations across HR, recruiting, payroll, and finance systems
- Exposure to data governance, compliance, and audit practices
- Experience applying automation, AI, or advanced analytics within HR or business processes
