Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field and at least 7 years’ related experience
- Or, at least 11 years’ experience
- Subject matter expertise in one or more HR platforms and capabilities including Oracle Fusion Cloud, MarketPay, and Qualtrics
- Expert level Excel skills. Access skills preferred
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable violation history may be required
Qualifications
- Flexible hybrid schedule, working from home four days per week and in-office collaboration on Tuesdays
