Responsibilities
- Partner closely with business unit leaders to align HR strategies with business goals while ensuring full legal and regulatory compliance.
- Develop, implement, and manage HR policies, programs, and initiatives that are strategic, data-informed, and legally sound.
- Promote positive employee relations and address sensitive employee issues professionally, fairly, and in compliance with labor laws and workplace regulations.
- Coach and support employees and managers on performance, development, and career-related matters, ensuring adherence to performance management standards and regulations.
- Ensure HR processes—including performance evaluations, promotions, corrective actions, and terminations—comply with all applicable employment laws.
- Maintain accurate and compliant HR documentation, including employee files, organizational charts, and directories, in accordance with data privacy and protection laws.
- Monitor evolving employment laws and regulations and recommend updates to HR policies and practices as needed.
- Partner with business leaders on employee engagement strategies and execution to foster strong, inclusive, and high-performing teams.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the office Receptionist.
- Report to the Senior Director of Human Resources on compliance-related matters and assist in developing enterprise-wide HR compliance strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
- 7-15 years of progressive human resources experience, including demonstrated success as an HR Business Partner.
- Prior people management experience preferred.
- Deep knowledge of employment and labor laws, HR compliance requirements, and data privacy regulations.
- Strong ability to coach, influence, and build trusted partnerships with employees and leaders at all levels of the organization.
- Professional HR certification, such as PHR or SPHR, preferred.
Pay
This role is a hybrid position that will require the employee to work in the office at least 3 days a week throughout the year. As of the post date, the salary range for this position is: $134,800.00 USD - $197,000.00 USD.
