About the role
We are seeking an experienced Sr. HR Manager to join our Corporate Services team in the East Division. This role is hybrid, with 2-3 days per week based in our Boston, MA office, and reports directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer.
Responsibilities
- Collaborates with Division Leadership to promote a culture of professionalism and excellence.
- Understands business goals and designs/implements new approaches, policies, and procedures to enhance business objectives, productivity, and HR development within the company.
- Interfaces and engages at all organizational levels to ensure effective communication and alignment.
- Maintains the highest level of integrity, professionalism, fairness, and confidentiality in all aspects of job performance.
- Partners with corporate recruiters and other Divisional HR Business Partners to ensure regulatory compliance and maximize recruitment efficiency.
- Achieves a true hands-on approach to the recruitment process, monitoring employee engagement and career development.
- Supports transparent and frequent goal discussions between managers and employees, ensuring fair compensation and skill development.
- Manages employee relations issues, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and employee complaints.
- May be involved in investigating and responding to EEOC legal responses, providing guidance and recommendations for problem resolution.
- Writes investigative reports as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum 8+ years progressively responsible experience in HR, particularly in a multi-state environment.
- At least 3 years of experience with employee relations, handling EEOC complaints, and implementing policies.
- Professional licensure and/or educational credentials must be verified.
- A valid driver's license is required due to occasional travel.
Qualifications
- BS degree in HR or related field.
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification is required.
Skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations (human resources, compensation, COBRA, Section 125, ERISA, FMLA, Disability, Workers Compensation).

The expected salary range for this position is $109,244 - $182,320. Final salary is determined based on individual qualifications and experience. We offer:
