Senior HR Integration Specialist, M&A Strategy

About the role

The role involves supporting domestic and global post-deal HR integrations related to mergers, acquisitions, spin-offs, and carve-outs for a diverse range of clients.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams on HR aspects of integrations
• Establishing compensation and benefits platforms
• Identifying HR-related risks during due diligence
• Managing engagement processes from scope to client communication
• Assisting in benchmarking and refining compensation programs
• Ensuring professionalism and integrity in all interactions

Qualifications

• At least three years of consulting experience in employee benefit and compensation plan valuation, design, or administration
• Bachelor's degree

Skills

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Project management experience
• Relevant certifications (FSA, EA, CEBS, CCP, CEP) or progress toward them
• Motivated, team player with excellent communication skills
• Willingness to travel
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
