Senior HR Generalist--Dynamic Healthcare Organization

Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted HR partner to managers and department leaders.
- Conduct and support employee relations investigations while ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.
- Coach leaders through employee performance concerns, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
- Aid in recruiting efforts for a variety of non-provider positions, including clinical support, administrative, and front office roles.
- Develop and update job descriptions.
- Analyze HR data and prepare reports for executive leadership.
- Perform benefits audits and support various HR compliance initiatives.
- Manage special projects from start to finish with minimal direction.
- Identify process improvements and recommend creative solutions.
- Adapt quickly as organizational priorities evolve.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5-7 years of progressive Human Resources experience in a Generalist or HR Business Partner role.
- Strong employee relations experience, including conducting workplace investigations.
- Solid knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Experience supporting managers with employee coaching and performance management.
- Recruiting experience across a variety of professional and operational positions.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, reporting, and PivotTables.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and HRIS systems (Paycom experience is a plus).
