Senior HR Generalist--Dynamic Healthcare Organization

About the role

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted HR partner to managers and department leaders.
  • Conduct and support employee relations investigations while ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.
  • Coach leaders through employee performance concerns, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
  • Aid in recruiting efforts for a variety of non-provider positions, including clinical support, administrative, and front office roles.
  • Develop and update job descriptions.
  • Analyze HR data and prepare reports for executive leadership.
  • Perform benefits audits and support various HR compliance initiatives.
  • Manage special projects from start to finish with minimal direction.
  • Identify process improvements and recommend creative solutions.
  • Adapt quickly as organizational priorities evolve.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5-7 years of progressive Human Resources experience in a Generalist or HR Business Partner role.
  • Strong employee relations experience, including conducting workplace investigations.
  • Solid knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Experience supporting managers with employee coaching and performance management.
  • Recruiting experience across a variety of professional and operational positions.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, reporting, and PivotTables.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and HRIS systems (Paycom experience is a plus).
