About the role
We are seeking a Senior HR Generalist to join our dynamic team. This role will be responsible for supporting various HR functions including employee relations, benefits administration, talent management, and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Manage employee relations issues and provide guidance to managers on best practices.
- Administer and communicate company policies and procedures related to benefits, payroll, and leave management.
- Support the recruitment process by screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating offers.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Develop and maintain employee records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate training programs and development opportunities for employees.
- Prepare reports and metrics to support HR initiatives and business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a similar senior-level position.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

- Experience with HRIS systems.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.

Pay
