About the role

We are seeking a Senior HR Generalist to join our dynamic team. This role will be responsible for supporting various HR functions including employee relations, benefits administration, talent management, and compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Manage employee relations issues and provide guidance to managers on best practices.
  • Administer and communicate company policies and procedures related to benefits, payroll, and leave management.
  • Support the recruitment process by screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating offers.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain employee records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Coordinate training programs and development opportunities for employees.
  • Prepare reports and metrics to support HR initiatives and business objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a similar senior-level position.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Qualifications

  • Experience with HRIS systems.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
  • Experience with performance management systems.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Highly analytical and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually, depending on experience.

Schedule
