About the role
The PMO team is responsible for managing projects across various departments to ensure they are completed on time and within budget. This includes coordinating resources, tracking progress, and resolving issues as they arise.
Responsibilities
- Manage project timelines and budgets
- Coordinate project resources and stakeholders
- Resolve project issues and conflicts
- Prepare project reports and presentations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in project management
- Experience with project management software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Qualifications
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Skills
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
- Experience with project risk management
- Knowledge of construction industry practices
