Key Responsibilities
- Lead HR operations and employee relations across multiple locations as the organization's Senior HR Generalist
- Partner with executive leadership on workforce planning, talent management, and organizational effectiveness
- Support M&A activities including HR due diligence, integration planning, and cultural assimilation
- Develop and implement scalable HR programs, policies, and best practices
- Partner with operations leadership on safety initiatives, OSHA compliance, and workforce development
- Oversee benefits administration, retirement plans, and HR compliance programs
Qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience with demonstrated success as a Senior HR Generalist, HRBP, or similar leadership role
- Experience supporting manufacturing organizations and multi-site operations
- Direct involvement with mergers, acquisitions, and post-merger integration efforts
- Bachelor's degree required; SHRM certification highly preferred
Pay
$100,000 - $130,000 + Discretionary Bonus
Location
100% Onsite. Open to candidates within a reasonable commute range of company headquarters.
