Senior HR Generalist
About the role
The Senior HR Generalist will support a wide range of strategic and operational initiatives, serving as an extension of the HR department. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and supporting enterprise-wide HR projects
- Conducting research and providing recommendations on HR best practices
- Assisting with annual HR operating plans and workforce planning efforts
- Supporting job architecture initiatives and talent acquisition support
- Assisting with recruiting efforts for mid-to-senior level positions
- Supporting performance management, employee relations, and learning and development
- Assisting with redesigning and enhancing performance management programs
- Developing employee training materials and workshops
- Partnership with the HR team to roll out employee events throughout the year
- Supporting calibration discussions and performance review processes
- Contributing to employee engagement initiatives
- Helping design leadership development programs
Must Haves
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field
- 7+ years of progressive Human Resources experience
- Strong knowledge of employment law, HR compliance, and HR best practices
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- SHRM-SCP, SPHR, PMP, or equivalent certification preferred
Preferred
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now or similar HRIS platforms

Pay
$80K – $90K
Schedule
Fully onsite role with a minimum twelve-month contract. After that period, qualified candidates may have the opportunity to convert to a full-time, permanent position.
