Senior HR Generalist

About the role

The Senior HR Generalist will support a wide range of strategic and operational initiatives, serving as an extension of the HR department. Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and supporting enterprise-wide HR projects
• Conducting research and providing recommendations on HR best practices
• Assisting with annual HR operating plans and workforce planning efforts
• Supporting job architecture initiatives and talent acquisition support
• Assisting with recruiting efforts for mid-to-senior level positions
• Supporting performance management, employee relations, and learning and development
• Assisting with redesigning and enhancing performance management programs
• Developing employee training materials and workshops
• Partnership with the HR team to roll out employee events throughout the year
• Supporting calibration discussions and performance review processes
• Contributing to employee engagement initiatives
• Helping design leadership development programs

Must Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field
• 7+ years of progressive Human Resources experience
• Strong knowledge of employment law, HR compliance, and HR best practices
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• SHRM-SCP, SPHR, PMP, or equivalent certification preferred

Preferred

• Experience with ADP Workforce Now or similar HRIS platforms

Benefits

Pay

$80K – $90K

Schedule

Fully onsite role with a minimum twelve-month contract. After that period, qualified candidates may have the opportunity to convert to a full-time, permanent position.
