About the role

Responsible for providing strategic human resources support to senior leadership and business units within the organization. This includes developing and implementing HR initiatives, managing employee relations, and supporting talent acquisition efforts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals
• Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts
• Support recruitment processes and manage candidate evaluations
• Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching and development opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance workplace culture and engagement

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience
• Proven ability to lead and mentor employees
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred
• Experience with HRIS systems
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
