Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on organizational design and people strategy
- Represent the People function in key decisions with senior HR leadership
- Provide day-to-day HR support for assigned teams to align business and people objectives
- Drive accountability across leaders for key initiatives
- Lead workforce planning and talent development aligned with business goals
- Identify performance gaps and enhance organizational health
- Guide and support change initiatives with clear communication
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of HR Business Partner experience in dynamic environments
- Ability to operate with ambiguity and manage competing priorities
- Strong influencing skills to challenge and advise senior leaders
- Excellent judgment in prioritizing high-impact work
- Resourceful and solutions-oriented in complex situations
- Prominent track record of building trust in cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with leveraging AI and data for decision-making
