About the role

SEKISUI Diagnostics is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner with experience supporting all areas of HR including recruitment, compensation, benefits, training, development, employee relations and other related projects as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Partner effectively with senior leaders and global HR colleagues to drive business initiatives, strengthen organizational effectiveness, and support a consistent employee experience across sites.
  • Advise on organization design, workforce planning, learning and development, succession planning, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Manage complex employee relations matters with sound judgment, discretion, and knowledge of employment legislation.
  • Improve employee engagement, morale, retention, and company culture through timely communication, strong working relationships, and development opportunities for key talent.

Requirements

  • Thorough knowledge of relevant employment legislation.
  • Analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively and influence all levels of the organization.
  • Good judgement and discretion in dealing with sensitive and confidential information.
  • Able to balance advocacy for employees and leaders.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite of products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc).

Qualifications

Benefits

This is a fully onsite role based in our San Diego, CA office. Following a successful 90-day onboarding and training period, employees will become eligible for a hybrid schedule, which includes the benefit of up to 1 day of remote work per week.

Pay

The anticipated base salary for this position is $100,000-$115,000. This role may also qualify for annual incentives and/or comprehensive benefits. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location of the position.

Schedule

This is a fully onsite role based in our San Diego, CA office. Following a successful 90-day onboarding and training period, employees will become eligible for a hybrid schedule, which includes the benefit of up to 1 day of remote work per week.
