Responsibilities
- Drive business results by aligning HR strategies with global objectives and organizational growth.
- Lead high-impact succession planning and career development to build a robust leadership pipeline.
- Resolve complex employee relations through collaborative problem-solving and fair policy application.
- Guide teams through large-scale organizational transformations with clear communication and empathy.
- Empower managers to elevate team performance through proactive coaching and feedback cycles.
Requirements
- 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, dedicated to driving organizational excellence through high-impact strategic business partnering.
- Proven track record of success within the Retail, Fashion, or Hospitality sectors.
- Proven ability to build strong, credible relationships and influence at the C-suite level.
- Results-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on active listening and collaboration.
- PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
