Why This Role?

We're hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to help scale Cohere through an exciting phase of growth. You'll be the lead HRBP for our Non-Technical organization, partnering with leaders across Finance, Legal, People, Go-to-Market, and Corporate Functions.

  • Work alongside another HRBP to deliver outstanding support across the client group
  • Own the overall partnership, set priorities across the function
  • Play a key role in hiring and onboarding your HRBP counterpart as the team grows

We're Looking For Someone Who Has Operated at Director-Level HRBP Scope, Head of People Level, or Equivalent:

  • Experience partnering with business functions such as Finance, Legal, People, Go-to-Market, or other corporate organizations
  • Experience in startup, scale-up, or other high-growth environments
  • Supporting globally distributed organizations

Location:

This role can be based remotely or from one of our office locations—there is no minimum in-office requirement. We care most about hiring exceptional people regardless of location. As you'll be partnering primarily with leaders based in the Eastern Time Zone, we're looking for someone who can provide significant overlap with Eastern working hours to enable close collaboration.

Salary Range:

$130,000 - $240,000 USD
