About the Role
The Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) is fully accountable for HR delivery and advisory within assigned client groups. This role combines operational execution, employee relations leadership, and manager coaching to drive performance, engagement, and organizational effectiveness. The Senior HRBP partners with Centers of Excellence (COEs) to align HR programs with business strategy and leads initiatives bridging execution and strategic impact.
Responsibilities
- HR Operations and Process Delivery
- Own HR program delivery for client groups.
- Collaborate with COEs to ensure effective implementation and alignment of programs with business goals.
- Monitor HR metrics and trends, providing insights to managers and business leaders to guide decision-making.
- Employee Relations & Compliance
- Lead employee relations cases (workplace conflict/issues, investigations, performance management, terminations) to successful outcomes.
- Provide guidance and coaching to managers on policy interpretation, risk mitigation, and documentation best practices.
- Partner with senior members of the HRBP team for complex and escalated cases.
- Manager Coaching and Leadership Support
- Coach managers on leadership effectiveness, performance feedback, team engagement, and development conversations.
- Facilitate talent discussions, succession planning, and readiness assessments for client groups.
- Support managers in building high-performing, inclusive, and engaged teams.
- Culture, Engagement, and Change Enablement
- Partner with leaders to foster engagement, inclusion, and alignment with firm values.
- Support action planning from engagement survey results.
- Drive inclusion, recognition, and culture-building activities within client groups.
- Partner with leaders to support the adoption of new initiatives.
- Program & Project Leadership
- Lead projects and programs that impact both assigned client groups and the firm overall.
- Collaborate with COEs to implement initiatives and drive adoption.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- HR Certification preferred.
- 5-7 years of experience with direct HRBP/generalist responsibilities.
- Strong employee relations expertise and demonstrated ability to advise managers independently.
