About the role

Partner with business leaders to execute HR strategies that support organizational goals and drive business performance. Deliver talent management solutions, including workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development. Provide guidance on employee and labor relations, performance management, and organizational effectiveness. Support compensation planning and performance review processes. Collaborate with HR specialists and internal stakeholders to provide integrated HR support and solutions. Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees on HR policies, practices, and organizational initiatives. Help drive employee engagement, talent retention, and workforce planning efforts.

About You

• Bachelor's degree required
• PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification preferred
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a senior HR Business Partner capacity
• Strong background in employee relations, talent management, workforce planning, and performance management
• Experience partnering with leadership to develop and execute HR strategies
• Knowledge of compensation, succession planning, and organizational development practices
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills

About the Position

• Start Date: ASAP
• Temporary assignment: 3–4 months
• Pay: $60–$69/hr
• Schedule: 37.5-hour work week
• Hybrid schedule: 4 days onsite (Metro accessible)
