HR Business Partner
Pay Rate: $90,900 - $110,000. Multiple factors, including individual experience, skills, and abilities will determine placement within the pay range. Variable pay may provide additional financial awards. Eligible to participate in IP’s annual incentive plan.
About the Role
Provide support to one or more corrugated manufacturing plants. Work collaboratively with the Regional Human Resource Manager and facility management to deliver superior human resources services to employees and the facility. Act as a business partner to achieve facility objectives.
This is a hands-on position requiring interaction and visibility with all levels of the organization. Developmental role within the HR function. Weekly travel is required.
Primary physical location: Wooster, OH (also supports Streetsboro, OH).
Responsibilities
- Support a broad range of human resource activities including leadership development, employee engagement, performance management, recruitment and selection.
- Handle equal employment, grievance tracking, employee relations, employee benefits, and compliance training.
Requirements
- Three to six years of Human Resource experience.
- Experience in a manufacturing facility.
- Bachelor of Science degree in human resources, business, or a related field.
- Flexibility regarding work hours, work location, and travel during the week.
