Senior HR Administrator
About the role
The Senior HR Administrator will provide administrative support to the Human Resources Team in areas including HRIS, onboarding, employee relations, organizational development and training, and Total Rewards administration.
Responsibilities
- Initiates and reviews employee transactions in our HRIS.
- Handles process flow of workplace movements (hires, terms, transfers, promotions, etc.) and related procedural communications with Payroll Department and others.
- Aids in the collection of data for HR metrics, employee engagement surveys, and workforce data.
- Aids in the preparation of data and reports for management.
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date employee records and reports in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Handles HR questions and concerns and escalates issues that require senior management attention.
- Aid in the implementation and tracking of organizational training, development, and talent management efforts.
- Supports company-wide HR programs and initiatives such as salary review, workforce planning, succession planning, benefits enrollment, and talent management programs.
- May assist management in the development of solutions through organizational development, and cultural, and process-oriented perspectives.
- Recruiting and Onboarding - Enhances the onboarding experience for new hires by facilitating orientation and training programs. Assist with intern recruiting initiatives, the related careers fairs, and university partnerships.
Requirements
A high degree of judgment and tact in handling confidential information is required. Good knowledge of human resources procedures and policies is essential.
Qualifications
- Due to the nature of work performed at this site, incumbents must be a U.S. Person.
- 4+ years human resources administration experience.
- Functional understanding of HR principles, practices.
- Basic understanding of employment laws, and policies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and HR information systems.
Skills
Professionalism, confidentiality, handling sensitive information appropriately and with discretion.

Pay
$20.77 - $28.00 per hour. Salary range information provided is a general guideline only. Criteria such as the candidate’s qualifications and relevant experience, the scope of the specific position, as well as market and business considerations will be evaluated when extending an offer.
