Senior Housing Officer
About the role
We are looking for an experienced, motivated and customer-focused Senior Housing Officer to lead our Housing Management team and help us deliver outstanding housing services across the Scottish Borders.
What You Will Be Doing
- Leading and developing a team of Housing Officers.
- Driving high performance and service excellence.
- Supporting tenancy sustainment and community wellbeing.
- Managing complex tenancy, anti-social behaviour and customer service issues.
- Monitoring performance and ensuring compliance with housing legislation and regulatory requirements.
- Contributing to service improvement and strategic projects.
What We Are Looking For
- Significant experience in housing management within a social housing environment.
- Proven experience of leading or supervising teams.
- Strong knowledge of tenancy management, housing legislation and good practice.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

Full salary & employment details: 35 Hours Per Week - Monday - Friday (12 Noon Finish on a Friday)
Salary: £48,386 P/A (Inclusive of Car Allowance)
