Join a fun, high-energy team as a Senior Home Lending Advisor in Chase Home Lending. Serve as the chief point of contact for customers throughout the life of the loan, leveraging your expertise in home lending products while collaborating with a supportive team. Responsibilities

  • Coach and mentor branch teams by providing training on home lending products and services.
  • Collaborate with bankers to meet their customers, introduce new clients to additional products and services, and foster cross-selling opportunities.
  • Work with your team to create an outstanding customer experience using direct mail, media advertisements, cross-sell efforts, relocation programs, statement programs, Chase.com, electronic newsletters, outbound lead sourcing, and other marketing initiatives.
  • Develop strong partnerships with assigned retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations within designated territories, functioning effectively within formal and dotted-line reporting relationships.
  • Serve as the internal and external mortgage expert, building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Exhibit consultative skills to provide tailored recommendations based on financial analysis, product knowledge, and a deep understanding of customers' financial needs, goals, and circumstances.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
  • 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
  • Knowledge of the real estate market in the local area.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Preferred Qualifications

  • FHA/VA sales experience.
  • Marketing, promoting, relationship building, and consulting skills.
  • Intermediate PC skills in a Windows environment.

Additional Information

This position is subject to Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act. Employment is contingent on JPMorgan Chase’s review of criminal conviction history, including pretrial diversions or program entries. Additionally, this role requires compliance with the Dodd Frank/Truth in Lending Act qualification requirements for Loan Originators. Employment is contingent on JPMC’s review of your criminal conviction history, credit report, NMLS information, and other relevant factors. Any felony conviction within the last seven years will disqualify you from consideration. Continued employment is contingent upon compliance with these requirements.

This position also requires National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) registration under the SAFE Act of 2008. Upon employment, you will be required to register or update your existing registration to reflect your role at JPMorgan Chase. Compliance with the SAFE Act, including annual renewal and updates, is mandatory. Information obtained during registration or updates may impact your employment.
