About the role

Join our team as a Senior Home Lending Advisor in Chase Home Lending. You will serve as your customers' chief point of contact throughout the life of the loan, leveraging your exceptional knowledge of home lending products. The Home Lending team will support you with demonstrated expertise in this specialization. You will adhere to all regulatory requirements while marketing and promoting the financial products offered by Chase.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Collaborate with bankers, meeting their customers and introducing new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Partner with your team to create an outstanding customer experience using centrally managed direct mail, media advertisements, cross-sell efforts, relocation programs, statement programs, Chase.com, electronic newsletters, outbound lead sourcing, and other marketing efforts.
• Develop a strong partnership with assigned retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations (in footprint territories) and function effectively within formal and dotted-line reporting relationships.
• Build your role as the internal and external mortgage expert; maintain strong customer relationships; and exhibit consultative skills to provide recommendations based on financial analysis, product knowledge, and the customer's financial needs, goals, and circumstances.

Requirements

• Minimum three years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of the real estate market in the local area.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Preferred Qualifications

• FHA/VA sales experience.
• Marketing, promoting, relationship building, and consulting skills.
• Intermediate PC skills in a Windows environment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.

This position is subject to the Dodd Frank/Truth in Lending Act qualification requirements for Loan Originators. An employment offer is contingent on JPMC's review of your criminal conviction history, credit report, information available through NMLS, and any other relevant information to determine financial responsibility, good character, and general fitness. Any felony conviction within the last seven years will disqualify you from consideration. Continued employment is contingent upon compliance with Truth in Lending Act/Dodd Frank Loan Originator requirements.

This position requires National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) registration under the SAFE Act of 2008. Upon active employment, you will be required to register on NMLS or update your existing registration to reflect your employment with JPMorgan Chase. Continued employment is contingent upon compliance with the SAFE Act, including successful registration immediately after your start date and timely completion of annual renewal and required updates thereafter.
