Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person visits

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in a help desk role
  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with network troubleshooting and configuration
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Security clearance required

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • CCENT or CCNA certification preferred
