Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to internal and external customers

- Collaborate with other IT teams as needed
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a help desk or IT support role
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Proficiency in Windows operating systems and common IT tools
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively
- Valid U.S. government security clearance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Experience with network troubleshooting and configuration
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
