Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to internal and external customers
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
  • Perform routine maintenance on equipment
  • Document and track incidents and resolutions
  • Follow established procedures and policies
  • Respond to escalated issues and provide timely solutions
  • Collaborate with other IT teams as needed

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in a help desk or IT support role
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Proficiency in Windows operating systems and common IT tools
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively
  • Valid U.S. government security clearance

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Experience with network troubleshooting and configuration
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
