5-6+ months with high possibilities of extension

Pay Range

$60-65/hr on W2

Responsibilities

• Solution Design & Development
• Design, build, and enhance applications on the BMC Helix platform
• Develop And Customize ITSM modules (Incident, Change, Problem, Service Request)
• Forms, workflows, business rules, and UI components
• Create scalable and reusable technical solutions aligned to business needs
• Workflow & Automation Development
• Build workflows using Developer Studio / Innovation Studio / Digital Workplace
• Configure: Approvals, notifications, escalations, and automation logic
• Integration & API Development
• Develop Integrations With External Systems Using REST APIs / SOAP / Web services
• Build connectors, data exchange processes, and automation pipelines
• Integrate Helix with enterprise tools (e.g., monitoring, JIRA etc)
• CMDB & Asset Management Design and maintain CMDB data models and asset lifecycles
• Configure Reconciliation rules, normalization, and data integrity processes
• Ensure alignment with ITIL best practices
• Reporting, Dashboards & Data Handling
• Develop dashboards and reports (Helix Dashboards, KPI tracking)
• Write SQL queries and manage data for reporting needs
• Perform performance analysis and monitoring
• Application Migration
• Enable application migration from the old platform to Innovation Studio
• Ensure the functionality of the existing application remains as-is

Key Skills

• Strong Expertise In BMC Helix ITSM / Innovation Suite / Remedy
• BMC Helix migrations
• Workflow development (Active Links, Filters, Escalations)
• APIs & integrations (REST/SOAP)
• 10+ yrs of Helix development experience
• Understanding of ITIL service management processes
• Strong troubleshooting, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
• Prior CMT / Cox Experience Preferred
