About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of client relationships, providing strategic guidance, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop client relationships, including regular communication and feedback sessions.
• Provide strategic direction and solutions to clients based on market trends and company goals.
• Oversee project timelines and budgets, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion of projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
• Conduct regular performance reviews with team members to assess progress and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a consulting or agency environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies is preferred.
