About the role
Manage Multiple Locations in the DFW Market
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations and assessments
- Analyze test findings and make recommendations based off the customers hearing loss
- Recommend and dispense assistive listening and hearing solutions
- Educate patients in how to use and maintain the hearing aid devices, provide demonstrations and information
- Ensure adherence to all clinical protocols, regulatory standards, and best practices
- Make follow-up calls to patients to ensure satisfaction with their assistive listening and hearing device
- Oversee daily operations of multiple locations in the DFW Market to assist patients and provide full support
- Hire, train, coach, and evaluate Hearing Center Coordinators to provide patients with excellent customer service and patient care
- Foster a high performance, patient – centered culture
- Regular travel between assigned hearing centers, i.e. club to club to support team members
- Drive Sales performance and revenue growth across all locations
- Accountability for profit and loss performance of assigned hearing centers
Qualifications
- Licensed Hearing Aid Dispenser and / or an Audiologist
- 5+ years of experience
- Managed Multiple Locations in Major Markets preferred
- Motivated by helping people hear better
- Proven track record in sales performance and revenue growth, with an ambitious sales attitude
- An entrepreneur mindset with problem-solving skills, this role will have great autonomy
- Excellent leadership, coaching, interpersonal skills and follow-up skills
- Ability to travel between multiple locations as needed
