Key Responsibilities
- Assess research feasibility and translate clinical questions into analytic plans
- Extract, validate, and manage data from Epic, Databricks, and other sources
- Data cleaning, quality assurance, and statistical analyses
- Support IRB submissions and ensure compliance with data governance standards
- Generate tables, figures, and visualizations for manuscripts and presentations
- Collaborate with investigators on interpretation, abstracts, and dissemination
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (Required) Preferred field of study - bachelor’s degree in public health, epidemiology, biostatistics, or related
- Master’s Degree in a related field (Preferred)
- No specific certification or licensure requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of healthcare analytics or research experience
- Strong SQL skills; experience with Excel, Databricks, Python, or R preferred
- Must have Knowledge of EHR data (Epic), clinical coding, and research methods
- Experience with REDCap, IRB processes, and manuscript support preferred
- Background in academic medicine or health system research preferred
Qualifications

Skills

Pay
Market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay rate for Full Time employment is: $80,204.80-$133,681.60. Additional compensation may be available for this role such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
