About the role
The Senior Health Center Manager (Sr. HCM) oversees the day-to-day operations of an assigned health center. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient clinic performance, monitoring budgets and patient trends, and addressing operational challenges to support high-quality patient care. The Sr. HCM partners with site leadership and staff to implement quality improvement initiatives, using data and performance metrics to drive decision-making and optimize health center operations. This role also provides cross-site operational support and contributes to system-wide consistency and best practices.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily health center operations, including staffing, scheduling, and patient flow
- Collaborate with the Health Center Director to develop and monitor the annual budget
- Track visit volume, productivity, and patient satisfaction metrics; implement improvements as needed
- Promote a positive, inclusive workplace culture aligned with organizational values
- Serve as the primary supervisor for unlicensed Team Leads
- Address patient concerns, operational issues, and risk management matters
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) preferred; equivalent relevant experience will be considered
- 5-9 years of staff management experience preferred
- Experience in a healthcare or clinical setting preferred
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-based environment
- Demonstrated commitment to customer/patient service and satisfaction
Qualifications

Pay
Based on a 37.5 hour work week.
