Senior Health Care Quality Analyst
Role Overview
Village Health Center at Father Joe’s Villages seeks a Lead Analyst to lead and facilitate healthcare quality assurance and improvement initiatives. This role requires a blend of healthcare quality expertise, data analytics, and strategic problem-solving.

Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Health Information Management, Business Administration, Nursing, or a related field required; equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.
- Minimum five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in healthcare quality improvement, healthcare analytics, or healthcare administration, including experience leading quality initiatives and developing executive dashboards, data visualizations, and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence platforms.
- Experience working within healthcare organizations, Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs), ambulatory care settings, managed care programs, or value-based care environments preferred.
- Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ), Lean Six Sigma, Certified Professional in Healthcare Information and Management Systems (CPHIMS), or similar quality improvement certification preferred.
Key Competencies
- Comprehensive knowledge of healthcare quality improvement, performance measurement, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Strong understanding of HRSA, UDS, HEDIS, NCQA PCMH, accreditation standards, and healthcare regulatory reporting.
- Advanced analytical skills with experience translating complex clinical, operational, financial, and quality data into actionable insights.
- Proficiency developing executive dashboards, scorecards, and business intelligence reporting tools.
- Strong project management, communication, and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence cross-functional improvement efforts.
- Commitment to patient-centered care, continuous improvement, and mission-driven service.
Work Schedule
This is a full-time position supporting healthcare quality, performance improvement, analytics, and reporting activities across the Village Health Center. The position primarily operates during standard business hours, Monday through Friday. Occasional schedule flexibility may be required to support reporting deadlines, accreditation activities, regulatory reviews, audits, committee meetings, or other organizational priorities.
Compensation & Benefits
- The anticipated starting pay range for this role is $73,549 to $91,915 per year, paid bi-weekly.
