East Caithness, Wick, Caithness Care at Home Service Senior Health and Social Care Support Worker 14 hours per week Salary Scale: Band 3, £29,013 – £31,409 pro rata NHS Highland is recruiting a dedicated and compassionate Senior Health and Social Care Support Worker to join our integrated Care at Home service in Caithness. This role is a fantastic opportunity for a support worker to support individuals in their own homes to provide holistic care. Role As a Support Worker, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of safe, effective, and person-centred care. You will: Provide high-quality care and provide personal-centred support to individuals in their own homesAssist with personal care, medication support, continence care, nutrition & fluid, skincare, mobility support.
