Senior GTM Business Architecture Manager

Responsibilities

• Create high-fidelity Business Requirement Documents and process documentation
• Evaluate inbound field requests using the GTM Priority Matrix
• Lead User Acceptance Testing and defect triage processes
• Partner with analytics to track adoption of new systems
• Support deployment of GTM AI initiatives in representative workflows
• Ensure cross-functional alignment between GTM and technology teams

Qualifications

• 7+ years in management consulting, revenue architecture, or GTM transformation
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts for business stakeholders
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce and integrated GTM tools
• Empathy for sales processes and systems design
• Experience in creating structured artifacts like BRDs and process maps
• Proactive problem-solver focused on aligning teams and executing solutions
• Future-oriented mindset for scaling revenue processes
