About the role
You’ll design, build, and scale the AI engines, context-aware agents, and workflow automations that turn static enterprise data into proactive decision intelligence across our Go-to-Market organization. Working at the intersection of data, analytics, revenue operations, and business systems, you will own the multi-year GTM AI technical roadmap and build the intelligence platform that optimizes how our Sales, Sales Operations, Marketing, and Customer Success teams operate.
What You'll Do
- Design, build, and deploy conversational AI experiences, intelligent assistants, and context-aware agents that surface playbooks, pricing guidance, and competitive insights directly within daily GTM workflows.
- Implement AI agents and automated workflows that eliminate repetitive manual execution across approvals, data maintenance, reporting, and process investigations.
- Develop decision intelligence capabilities that monitor GTM operations to proactively flag deal risks, identify expansion opportunities, and highlight operational bottlenecks.
- Own the GTM AI strategy and roadmap and build unified knowledge architectures, governed semantic layers, and metric lineage across GTM systems and data environments to ensure AI applications rely on trusted data.
- Establish AI governance and value-realization practices, including guardrails for sensitive data, security, privacy, responsible AI, model and agent performance, and measurable business outcomes.
- Lead AI adoption and operating-model change, including identifying champions, creating training and communications, monitoring adoption, gathering feedback, and rationalizing the AI tool and vendor stack.
- Partner with cross-functional leadership across Sales, Marketing, RevOps, Product, and Systems to translate complex operational needs into scalable technical solutions and run structured experiments that measure real business impact.
About You
- You have at least 5 years of experience in GTM analytics, revenue operations, business systems, or data products, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience building and shipping production AI agents, conversational tools, or workflow automations.
- You have hands-on experience developing LLM-powered applications using OpenAI/ChatGPT, Anthropic Claude, or comparable enterprise models, including prompt design, context management, structured outputs, and model selection.
- You have experience designing and shipping AI agents using tool and function calling, agent orchestration, multi-step workflows, memory, and human-in-the-loop controls in a cost optimized manner.
- You have experience evaluating and operating production AI systems, including testing for accuracy, groundedness, hallucinations, safety, latency, cost, and adoption, with appropriate monitoring and guardrails.
- You bring working proficiency in Python, SQL, JavaScript, or TypeScript to review, write, debug, and maintain production-oriented code.
- You combine systems thinking with business judgment, translating complex B2B SaaS commercial processes and operational rules into structured logic and intuitive user experiences.
- You thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments, taking initiatives from initial prototype to scalable, highly adopted production software.
- You are authorized to work in the United States. Please note that at this time, Everlaw is not sponsoring U.S. employment visas for this role.
