About the role

We are looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Program Manager to drive player acquisition, engagement, retention, and lifetime value across the Guild Wars franchise through performance and lifecycle marketing programs. In this role, you'll develop and execute data-driven growth strategies across paid media, customer relationship management (CRM), email, push notifications, and other digital channels to grow and engage the Guild Wars player community. You'll identify new opportunities to expand the Guild Wars player base while partnering closely with Brand, Content, Social, Influencer, Community, Publishing, and Development teams to execute integrated marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the growth marketing strategy for the Guild Wars franchise, driving player acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetization.
  • Plan, launch, manage, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across paid digital channels.
  • Own lifecycle marketing programs across CRM channels, including email, push notifications, and other player communication platforms.
  • Develop scalable, automated marketing programs that improve player conversion, retention, and customer lifetime value.
  • Establish and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives (OKRs), using data, experimentation, and analytics to continuously improve campaign performance.
  • Partner with analytics teams to develop audience segmentation, attribution models, dashboards, and measurement frameworks.
  • Collaborate with creative services, production, and external partners to develop, test, and optimize marketing assets and messaging.
  • Work closely with Brand, Content, Community, Social, Influencer, Publishing, Product, and Development teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Develop and execute mobile advertising strategies, partnering with development teams on in-game advertising initiatives while maximizing player experience and ad revenue.
  • Analyze campaign performance, player behavior, industry trends, and competitive insights to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, advertising platforms, CRM vendors, and technology partners.
  • Stay current on growth marketing best practices, emerging technologies, platform capabilities, and evolving privacy regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Analytics, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, digital marketing, lifecycle/CRM marketing, or a related discipline (7+ years preferred).
  • Experience supporting video games, entertainment, consumer technology, subscription businesses, or other live-service products is preferred.
  • Experience managing external agencies, marketing vendors, and technology platforms.
  • Proven success developing acquisition, retention, and lifecycle marketing strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of paid digital advertising platforms and campaign optimization.
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Iterable, Gamesight, Adjust, or similar tools.
  • Experience with mobile advertising platforms such as Google AdMob, AppLovin, etc.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in attribution modeling, A/B testing, experimentation, and performance reporting.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across technical and creative teams.

This role is remote-friendly, but we are currently prioritizing candidates who are local to the Bellevue, WA area and open to occasional onsite collaboration.

Pay

Pay Range: $104,054 - $156,079. The pay range listed reflects the full salary range for this position. While we provide this range to offer transparency, our target hiring range typically falls between the minimum and the midpoint, allowing room for growth potential within the role. Total compensation is salary plus an annual bonus potential.
