The Senior Growth Marketing Campaigns Manager role is based in the United States and offers the opportunity to lead strategic growth initiatives that connect compelling stories, targeted audiences, and measurable business outcomes. Accountabilities

  • Design and execute scalable growth strategies while managing campaign performance, budgets, and cross-functional alignment.

  • Develop and execute integrated campaign strategies across brand, product launches, events, demand generation, and account-based marketing channels.

  • Own campaign performance metrics, including pipeline contribution, lead generation, conversion rates, and overall growth impact.

  • Establish campaign frameworks, playbooks, templates, and processes that improve scalability and operational efficiency.

  • Partner with product marketing teams to develop launch strategies, demand programs, and sales enablement initiatives.

  • Collaborate with sales and SDR teams to optimize lead management processes, follow-up strategies, and feedback loops.

  • Manage campaign roadmaps, calendars, and budgets while ensuring resources are allocated effectively.

  • Build and execute ABM strategies for priority market segments, including developing playbooks and measuring outcomes.

  • Identify and implement AI-driven solutions to improve campaign execution, workflow efficiency, and marketing effectiveness.

  • Mentor junior marketing team members and contribute to improving campaign strategy, execution standards, and team capabilities.

Requirements

  • An experienced growth marketer with strong B2B SaaS expertise, analytical capabilities, and the ability to influence teams across an organization.

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation, growth marketing, or integrated campaign management.

  • Proven experience owning full-cycle marketing campaigns, from strategy development and execution to measurement and budget management.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to define success metrics, interpret performance data, and identify actionable insights.

  • Experience collaborating effectively with sales, SDR, creative, and product marketing teams.

  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot and CRM systems such as Salesforce.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to create compelling briefs, present performance insights, and influence executive stakeholders.

  • A builder mindset with experience creating scalable programs, processes, and operational frameworks.

  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and take ownership of strategic initiatives.

  • Authorized to work in the United States without requiring current or future employer sponsorship.

  • Interest in using AI tools responsibly to enhance productivity, improve decision-making, and strengthen marketing outcomes.
