Responsibilities
- Lead the transformation of Hyundai Motor America’s CRM strategy by developing a hyper-personalized customer experience program focused on increasing owner retention, engagement, and loyalty.
- Design and implement targeted customer journeys using personalized offers, trade-in opportunities, payoff information, and individualized messaging based on unique customer needs and behaviors.
- Leverage first-party enterprise data, including purchase history, finance and lease records, service interactions, and Customer Care insights, while incorporating second- and third-party audience data to enhance customer intelligence.
- Utilize AI-driven solutions to synthesize customer data, improve audience segmentation, optimize targeting, and deliver highly relevant one-to-one communications across multiple channels, including social media.
- Lead the development of a marketing-focused data lake that creates a unified, cleansed, and de-duplicated customer database for CRM and broader marketing initiatives.
- Oversee strategic initiatives that modernize Hyundai’s Lead Management program through AI-powered personalization and enhanced dealer-customer communication experiences.
- Partner with executive leadership, cross-functional teams, agencies, and external vendors to align CRM programs with business objectives and customer expectations.
- Establish data-driven measurement frameworks to evaluate CRM performance, optimize campaign effectiveness, and improve customer analytics capabilities.
- Serve as the business owner and subject matter expert for customer database management, VIN analytics, privacy compliance, and opt-in/opt-out strategies.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and strategic direction to internal teams and agency partners while driving continuous process improvements, innovation, operational excellence, and achievement of key marketing performance goals.
Requirements
- Must have a high school diploma.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Master’s degree a plus.
- Fifteen or more years of experience, of which at least five years of directly related experience in CRM in automotive OEM or other consumer-facing industry with a detailed understanding of the overall marketing function.
- Three or more years of supervisory experience desired.
- Ability to manage a high-paced environment with multiple projects and agency personnel.
- Ability to develop strong interpersonal relationships at a variety of levels: Executive, managerial, subordinate, and agency hierarchy of personnel.
- Ability to lead the creative development of a campaign and maintain a macro strategy.
- Effective project, personnel, and budget management skills.
- Understanding of overall customer relationship building and management.
- Ability to identify/quantify business opportunity as it applies to CRM technology, programs, and data.
- Ability to assess operational and strategic strengths and make recommendations to leverage or augment strengths and weaknesses.
- Ability to create and present executive-facing presentations and other materials.
- Ability to work on multiple projects and set priorities.
- Salesforce experience is a must.

Pay
Compensation Range: $149,800 - $214,000 annual base salary
