For our client, a leader in the Business Services space, we are seeking a Senior Group Director of Client Advice & Management to join their team. This role focuses on driving continuous improvement through process discipline, productivity, and measurable operating gains.
About the role
You will partner with operational leaders and project stakeholders to standardize workflows, identify bottlenecks, and improve execution quality. The position offers the opportunity to create measurable efficiency gains and scalable operational improvements within a Business Services environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Responsibilities
- Lead integrated media and communications strategy aligned with client business objectives
- Foster collaboration among cross-functional teams focused on cohesive recommendations
- Champion innovative testing and measurement frameworks to drive marketing effectiveness
- Identify and leverage emerging industry trends to deliver client value
- Act as a senior strategic advisor to clients, enhancing their media strategies
- Lead high-level discussions on marketing effectiveness and business growth with stakeholders
- Mentor and develop teams, promoting a culture of curiosity and continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 12+ years in integrated media, communications planning, marketing, or related fields
- 6+ years of leadership experience with high-performing teams
- Strong background in digital media channels including paid social, programmatic, and search
- Experience in strategic planning and client consultation
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders effectively
- Proficiency in developing measurement strategies and learning agendas
- B2B and global marketing experience preferred

Pay
$185,000 – $225,000 annually
