Senior GRC Programmer/Analyst

About the role

This position is an onsite role available at any Huntington Corporate office location, including Birmingham, AL; Tupelo, MS; Atlanta, GA; Houston, TX; Dallas, TX; Detroit, MI; Chicago, IL; and Charlotte, NC.

Responsibilities

• Modifies existing software/application programs or writes new programs to support user and management needs within the GRC application space.
• Implements new and existing GRC platforms.
• Designs, tests, debugs, documents, and implements programs.
• Consults with users to design, modify, and explain program changes or provide technical support.
• Resolves problems occurring in production systems.
• May serve as project leader in the development of automated systems or procedures.
• Provides direction and training to other team members.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ additional years of equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of related experience in software development.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in GRC systems (Archer, OpenPages, ProcessUnity, ServiceNow IRM).
• Experience supporting cloud-native platforms and on-prem hosted applications, such as AWS, Apigee, Linux OS, and OpenShift.
• Experience with .NET/C#, or other object-oriented programming languages (e.g., Python, Java).
• Experience working in an agile environment.
• Experience working in a multi-platform environment.
• Ability to balance both development and support roles.
• Experience working on projects involving business segments.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills, customer service focus, and ability to collaborate with IT, vendor, and business groups.
• Microsoft Office experience.

Exempt Status

Yes (not eligible for overtime pay).

Workplace Type

Office. Certain positions outside the branch network may be eligible for a flexible work arrangement combining in-office and remote work, with opportunities to collaborate in person for key moments.

Compensation

$57,000 – $113,000 annual salary (base compensation range). Actual pay varies based on location, experience, and education. Eligible for applicable incentive compensation plans.
