Senior Graphic Designer - Motion & Brand Design

This position is based in the United States and is fully remote.

About the role

Join a creative team shaping impactful visual experiences across a diverse portfolio of consumer brands in the pet care industry. This role combines high-level graphic design, motion graphics, and brand storytelling to deliver engaging campaigns across digital and print channels. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform business goals into compelling creative solutions while helping evolve brand identities and customer experiences. As a senior creative contributor, you'll lead complex projects, mentor fellow designers, and champion design excellence in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end creative projects, from concept development through final execution, ensuring quality, consistency, and timely delivery.
• Create engaging visual assets across digital, print, social media, web, email, video, paid media, and partner marketing channels.
• Develop motion graphics, animations, and video content that enhance brand storytelling and audience engagement.
• Collaborate closely with creative leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver strategic, business-driven design solutions.
• Present creative concepts and communicate design rationale confidently to internal teams and stakeholders.
• Contribute to the evolution of brand systems, visual identities, and creative best practices across multiple brands.
• Mentor junior and mid-level designers, providing guidance and constructive feedback to elevate overall team performance.
• Balance multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and a high standard of creative execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or equivalent professional experience.
• 5-7+ years of professional graphic design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating branding, marketing campaigns, and motion design.
• Advanced proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
• Demonstrated expertise in motion graphics, animation, video production, and visual storytelling.
• Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout, color theory, and multi-channel marketing design.
• Experience creating platform-specific assets for social media, digital advertising, websites, email campaigns, and video channels.
• Proven ability to independently lead complex creative projects and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
• Experience presenting creative work and influencing stakeholders through clear communication and strategic thinking.
• Ability to mentor designers while fostering a collaborative, high-performing creative culture.
• Experience supporting multiple brands and both B2C and B2B marketing initiatives is considered an advantage.
• A portfolio showcasing both graphic design and motion/video work is required.
