Senior Graphic Designer

About the role

Stanford's Graduate School of Business (GSB) seeks a Senior Designer to serve as a key creative force on our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for brand stewardship and multi-channel design execution, creating exceptional work across digital platforms, print, events, and environmental graphics.

Responsibilities

• Develop sophisticated design solutions that elevate the GSB brand across campaigns, digital experiences, print materials, and environmental applications
• Ensure brand consistency while contributing to the evolution of our design systems and guidelines
• Leverage AI-powered tools to enhance creative workflows and share best practices with the team
• Partner with stakeholders, present design concepts effectively, and provide guidance across the GSB

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, highly creative projects or content requiring extensive subject matter/client knowledge
• Ability to present portfolio that reflects extensive creative work and project leadership
• Advanced knowledge of job-required software applications
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to effectively resolve complex problems
• Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Demonstrated experience leading and training other design staff
• In-depth understanding and knowledge of industry standards, trends, and technical knowledge

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field and five years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience

• Demonstrated experience leading and training other design staff
