Senior Graphic Designer

Responsibilities

• Creating well articulated design concepts and high quality design work
• Communicating concepts through art direction and creating high-fidelity mockups
• Scales concepts across a wide range of physical and digital outputs
• Creating design systems and guidelines
• Presenting work internally and to clients
• Creating and managing production files, assets, and adhering quality assurance standards
• Managing projects and workflow from initial concept through production
• Collaborating with producers, strategists, art directors, and designers across the creative team
• Shaping and managing decks and maintaining internal design standards
• Manage communication with vendors and production partners

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional design experience (agency background is a plus)
• BFA or MFA in Graphic Design or a related field
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma; motion or 3D experience is a plus
• Demonstrated expertise in typography and developing design systems
• Strong interest in art direction
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and take initiative

Pay

The hiring range for this position is $85,000 to $100,000 annually. Salary for the prospective employee is determined by a combination of factors that include qualifications, applicable skills, relevant experience and other budgetary considerations such as location/geography.
