Senior Graphic Designer

About the role

We are seeking a creative powerhouse to own the visual identity of the brand across all physical and digital touchpoints. You will be responsible for ensuring our brand looks as fresh and premium as the food we serve, with a heavy focus on high-end print media and packaging.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute all print collateral, including packaging, menu inserts, brand stationery, and other campaign materials.
• Create large-scale visual assets for Out-of-Home advertising, billboards, and physical marketing displays.
• Develop static social media graphics, emailers, and website banners that align with the brand’s aesthetic.
• Act as the custodian of the brand's style guide, ensuring color accuracy and typographic consistency across all platforms.
• Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with vendors to ensure the final physical output meets our quality standards.
• Proactively utilize AI tools for tasks like background expansion, image retouching, generative fill, and asset variation to maximize creative output.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional experience in Graphic Design.
• Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Must be up-to-date with the latest AI design tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Canva Magic Studio) and demonstrate how to best utilize them for speed and high-quality output.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, delivering high-quality work within tight deadlines without compromising on attention to detail.
• Deep understanding of layout design, typography, and print production processes (CMYK, bleed, paper types).
• A strong portfolio showcasing a mix of high-impact print work, digital designs, and AI-enhanced creative assets.
