About the role
The Billy Graham Evangelistic Association (BGEA) seeks a Senior Graphic Designer to implement graphic design and production art functions for assigned ministry areas.
Responsibilities
- Provides excellent quality layout and design for communications projects, producing detailed comps through completion of electronic graphic and layout files.
- Maintains a personal, active relationship with Jesus Christ and is a consistent witness for Jesus Christ.
- Faithfully upholds BGEA in prayer.
- Participates in daily BGEA staff devotions including Bible reading, and leading group prayer as schedule permits.
- Demonstrates behavior aligned with BGEA’s Mission Statement, Statement of Faith, Hallmarks, policies, and expectations.
- Effectively represents Jesus Christ to those within both personal and professional spheres of influence.

Qualifications
- Bachelor-level or technical school/college degree/certification, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Excellent design, creativity, conceptualization and technical skills.
- Knowledge and proficiency in design on Macintosh system and with Creative Suite software (InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop).
- Web design (adobe XD) and motion design (Adobe Express) experience is beneficial.
- Excellent understanding of all aspects of print production process.
- Able to communicate effectively with clients, exercising discretion in interpreting their needs.
- Able to maintain a strong Christian witness to colleagues, vendors, charitable beneficiaries, and the general public, to display Christian testimony within and without the workplace, and to exhibit a passion to serve Jesus through BGEA.
- Able to work both independently and with direction.
- Able to fulfill multiple assignments, projects, and priorities simultaneously.
- Able to demonstrate flexibility when job parameters, deadlines, or directions change.

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
Schedule
Regular business hours are typically Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
