Core Responsibilities
- Deliver production-ready files with accurate, detailed schematics at high volume.
- Create and finalize graphic details for apparel across athlete and retail product lines.
- Build laydown pages and graphic schematics leveraging 2D and 3D tools.
- Document requirements and create downstream handoffs; review and annotate strike-offs.
- Track and maintain file versions and updates through final approval.
- Participate in production art meetings; align on priorities and deadlines.
- Advocate workflow efficiencies across the product creation lifecycle.
Required Skills
- Strong Adobe Illustrator and Creative Suite skills for production art.
- Knowledge of graphic applications for apparel and uniform programs.
- Experience creating accurate schematics, callouts, and production documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a time-sensitive, high-volume environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience with 3D apparel programs such as CLO.
- Familiarity with Smartsheet, Airtable, and Miro.
