Responsibilities
- Support and align efforts to meet customer and business needs.
- Manage customer relationships and expectations by developing a communication process to keep others up-to-date on project results.
- Stay current with customer needs and strategies using formal and informal written communication methods.
- Advance data-entry skills with other administrative support as needed.
- Demonstrate fluency in business processes and process differentiation.
- Analyze and synthesize business requirements, including recognizing patterns and conceptualizing processes.
- Meet with project team regularly to review project deliverables and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, IT, finance, economics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Ability to learn and understand complex concepts, practices, and procedures of the insurance and financial industry.
- Superior time management and verbal communication skills.
- Adept at working with diverse groups of people at different organizational levels to achieve common goals.
- Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously with limited supervision.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
